CONTIGUOUS US ORDERS:
At CSSM Reed, LLC, www.cuppingwarehouse.com, 3-14 Day Shipping is offered on all retail orders. FREE SHIPPING is offered on retail orders over $50. Courses and or digital products do not apply. Our selected shipping methods are USPS, UPS, FedEx, 4PXL and we reserve the right to use other shipping methods when necessary to ship our products. Shipping carrier is selected based on the delivery destination to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is sometimes available at an additional cost and will be shown during checkout when available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Customer is responsible for any and all international duties (custom charges and fees) that are not included in the standard delivery rates of the order. If your delivery destination incurs import duties and taxes, these charges will be applied upon arrival of the delivery. It is recommended that you check the cost of these duties before placing your order. If you fail to collect your package due to non-payment of local customs, we will refund your purchase price once product is returned to us , less the original shipping and handling and any other costs associated with the non-claimed package, upon receipt to us of the unclaimed package.
ALL ORDERS:
Risk of loss is transferred to the recipient after CSSM Reed, LLC, www.cuppingwarehouse.com delivers your order to the common carrier at our shipping location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, please contact your local mail carrier to initiate a lost package search. Any claims for loss or damage to the products should be submitted to the common carrier.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately by email at (orders@cuppingwarehouse.com), and we will do our best to assist you. However, address changes are not guaranteed if the order has already been submitted for processing. Please double-check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. We are not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses that are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
30 DAY REFUND:
We offer a 30-day refund period for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this time frame, we will refund the cost of the product minus actual shipping charges once product is returned to us. To initiate a return, please contact our support for return instructions at (orders@cuppingwarehouse.com). Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day refund period, which starts upon recorded receipt of your order. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted. All returns must unused in original packaging and include all product components, accessories, and packaging. Returns received with used, damaged or missing pieces may be subject to additional fees, which will be deducted from the original purchase price. In the event the product is returned without the original package, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.The customer is responsible for return shipping. When returning an item, please consider insuring it against damage or loss. If the product(s) were purchased with our free shipping and handling option, the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund total.
This return policy applies only to purchases made from CSSM Reed, LLC, www.cuppingwarehouse.com. If you purchased Cupping Warehouse® products through an authorized re-seller, please contact them for return or exchange. NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.
WARRANTY:
CSSM Reed, LLC, www.cuppingwarehouse.com products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the date of purchase. If you experience a defect during this period, please email us (orders@cuppingwarehouse.com) with your name, order number, phone number, detailed description, and photos of the defective merchandise along with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace the product free of charge at our discretion.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, or damage due to inadequate care or neglect. It also does not cover damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.
