They are to hard to squeeze

No suck suction. Huge disappointment

I was very excited to try these cups, especially since they were ordered from a supply store that specializes in cups. The excitement was fleeting and disappeared completely with the first use. There is no suction in these cups. I feel like the ones ordered from Amazon do a better job and cost less. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Shins and Arms too small to benefit

I absolutely love this product. My massage therapist used it on me and the benefit was incredible! I am not able to use it on my forearms and shins (I’m 5’4” and 115 lbs) because the smallest cup isn’t small enough but I can use it everywhere else. I can get a suction on my forearms and shins but then it releases easily and I can only move it around for a few seconds before it releases; however my husband was able to use it since he is bigger. I highly recommend it - they work great and the benefit is amazing!

Bought for Hip Pain and Discovered they Do so much more!

What can't these cups do? I bought this set for my hip pain because it was recommended by a friend. She told me to get in the shower, apply body wash and take one of the smaller body cups to suction to my hip and glide it around. It was the most amazing feeling. I had injured my hip several years ago and had chronic pain and just felt like the tissue around my hip was crushing me. As soon as I began moving the cup around, the feeling was overwhelming. I don't know exactly how to describe it but I will try. It was instant relief. It fell like it was loosening whatever was crushing me. So I kept doing it everyday and now all that tissue has softened and the pain is gone. YES GONE!!!! While I was working on my hip, i noticed that hip no longer had cellulite, so I started cupping the other hip and it eliminated the cellulite over there. So, I began learning more about these cups and I use them on many issues. I started doing the face cupping which worked just as well as the cellulite. Now I Cup pretty much my whole body and keep finding new benefits.
